Dominic Elson is a real estate professional with a diverse background in valuation consulting, sustainability consulting, banking, and teaching. His expertise spans asset and property valuation, feasibility studies, financial modelling, real estate investment, and data analysis. He has led and supervised numerous valuation assignments and resettlement assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering sustainable development. His career encompasses experience in consumer loan underwriting and e-banking operations, where he played a role in portfolio expansion and financial analysis. In academia, he has taught and conducted research on land-use regulations, sustainable real estate development, and risk assessment, contributing to industry knowledge and professional training. Holding a Master’s in Real Estate Development from IE University, Spain, and a Bachelor’s in Real Estate from KNUST, he integrates international perspectives with local market expertise. A member of the
Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS) and a fellow of the IE Foundation, Elson is a research enthusiast and is dedicated to enhancing valuation practices and promoting responsible investment in emerging markets.
