Lead Valuer
Kwaku is the lead valuer and heads the valuation and estate department of Pai Consult Limited. He holds a master degree in accounting and finance and a bachelor’s of science in land economy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and technology-Kumasi.
Kwaku is a valuation and estate surveyor with a decade of experience in the Ghanaian real estate market. He has led and coordinated multiple valuation assignments and resettlement projects such as Greater Kumasi Municipal Assembly Sanitation Project, SSNIT Tri-Annual valuation project, Bibiani Mensim Gold Ltd Resettlement valuation, Pwalugu Irrigation Dam site valuation, Obuasi to Eduaden Railway project, Wenchi Pipeline Project, Accra-Takoradi Motorway Road Project amongst other prominent projects.
He specializes in valuation consultancy, facilities management and compensation valuations for major government and mining concessions. He is proficient in business management and accounting.
Kwaku is a member of Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS) and also an active member of the Rotary club (Tema-Sakumono) serving as the club’s financial secretary.
