Property Appraisal and Investment Consult (PAI Consult) is a comprehensive consulting firm which specialises in various aspects of land and building investments. The company was incorporated as a limited liability in March 2008 and gained corporate membership in the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS) in February 2010. The firm is also recognized as an approved training office for aspiring Surveyors.
Our services encompass General Valuation, Property Management, Viability Appraisals, and Estate Agency. Additionally, the firm engages in development management, overseeing development schemes, and acting as clients’ representatives by coordinating activities among built environment professionals. Our work force comprises of mainly professional Valuation and Estate Surveyors, who are active members of the Valuation and Estate (VES) Division of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS) and other professional bodies.
